In April 2023, we targeted Airport Enclave in Ravindra Nagar, identifying it as a primary beneficiary of the 200ft Airport Road development and the subsequent "Aviation Hub" effect. The thesis rested on the massive shift of high-net-worth demand toward organized, secure enclaves that offer both luxury lifestyle potential and unparalleled transit connectivity. By acquiring 8 high-utility plots at ₹70,000/sq yd, we positioned ourselves ahead of the curve, anticipating that the area would rapidly transition from an "emerging zone" to one of Jaipur’s most expensive residential micro-markets as terminal upgrades and commercial ancillary services matured.
